Not really. Two totally different styles. With Jimmy, you might be wondering if you still had a job if you let him down too often. He certainly wouldn't keep trotting you out there if you're screwing up.

Landry wasn't afraid to bench players either, iirc he even benched Hayes a couple times, would love to see Garrett grow the stones(or get permission from daddy Jerry) to bench Dez at least one game
