NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I also hate how we've been average for so many years, and when we were bad in the early 2000's we drafted horribly. Jerry needs to step up and hire a GM, and he can handle the PR and Marketing and still be the face of the franchise but leave the team management to someone else.
