I just discovered that there's a video of the game in a thread in the "News Zone". You can see the play at approximately 8 minutes and 15 seconds into the video of the 3rd quarter. It appears as though the tackles were already broken and they blow the whistle as he was taking off. I believe the refs saved the Browns 6 points there.
