Mayo... to taste. Mix it where it looks dry as it will get soggy if you don't. You can add more mayo later if need be.
Balsamic Vinegar to taste. This is the secret.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
It's a South Carolina style slaw and everyone I make it for asks for the recipe...
If you have never tried a vinegar slaw, try this one... you won't be sorry...

I looove sweet slaw. Here is mine.
Ingredients:
16 oz bag coleslaw mix
1 sm onion-chopped fine
2/3 c miracle whip dressing
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 -1/2 tsp celery seed
Directions:
1. I run the coleslaw mix through my food processor to make it more fine.
2. Combine coleslaw mix and onion in a large bowl.
3. Whisk together miracle whip, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed in a medium size bowl.
4. Pour dressing mix over coleslaw and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve *this taste best if chilled an hour or longer*
I've got a prayer on my desk. It says, "Dear Lord, I pray that my place will never be with the cold, timid souls who do not compete yet criticize, for they never know or feel success or failure."
