By the time this line is competely overhauled, Romo is going to be 35. I can't see the Cowboys winning a championship with a 35 year old Romo.
If Austin is released this offseason (as he should be), we'll need another starter opposite Bryant, plus another good RB to back up Murray (since Murray is injury prone)
Plus a starting safety. Plus a replacement for Spencer if he walks. Plus replacements for Ratliff, Spears, and Coleman. etc, etc.
Once you start doing the math, it becomes fairly apparent that the window for this group has essentially closed.
[View Full Quote]Deal Romo for multiple assets, cut some dead weight. Aim to compete in 2014. Kickstart the rebuild and make Lee, Carter, Claiborne, Bryant, and Ty Smith the focal points.
If we double down with this group, I fear we're headed right towards a re-do of the Campo years.

6 or 7 new offensive linemen?
Sorry guy I had to stop reading there.
I think after the season concludes and you have time to reflect, I don't think you'll be quite as "over the edge".
Keep in mind, there are no "loaded" teams out there. All of the playoff contenders are flawed-- several with big ones.
I wouldn't write off the Cowboy's chances in 2013 so readily.
