And this is where the issue is... Some people think he has something in him to change, others don't. And it is looking awfully close to the latter, considering Garrett hasn't changed at all and looks like he doesn't even know what to do. I mean, who really even knows if it's Callahan anyways that is actually starting to get more control with the insertion of a player like Beasley.... It's only when the pressure has started to come down on Garrett do we see any sort of small change. You don't run an organization based upon 'potential', especially when that potential is looking to be in the exact opposite direction of what your planning.
I mean you can't blame personnel in relation to where we stand as a team, considering as YR points out, we clearly do have talent.
