Reid has been going through some difficult times for quit awhile off the field with his sons drug issues and it really came to a head with the death of one of them during training camp. It may have carried over to his on the field performance as a head coach. You can't just hire a coach off their reputation you have to look at the job they're currently doing and Reid hasn't done a very good job lately. We're seeing a lot of the same issues with Philly that we're seeing with the Cowboys.
