Reid has been going through some difficult times for quit awhile off the field with his sons drug issues and it really came to a head with the death of one of them during training camp. You can't just hire a coach off their reputation you have to look at the job they're currently doing and Reid hasn't done a very good job lately. We're seeing a lot of the same issues with Philly that we're seeing with the Cowboys.

As already mentioned he needs time off. The Cowboys need an experienced coach who's full of energy and is prepared to put everything they have into turning the Cowboys around. Andy Reid wouldn't be the direction I would go.
