It's about height vs weight and right now, he has a lot of one and very little (compared to players at the position) of another.
The lightest 3-4 end in the league now is likely Justin Smith at 285. And he's 6'4, not 6'7.
With his height, he would need to be 290 minimum imo, almost like Chris Canty coming out.

To each their own, I think he could do a fine job on the weak side and could gain 10 pounds no problem to his frame. Right now yes he is to narrow to play the position but tyrone Crawford balked up over the offseason to 285, so it can be done.
Also I doubt it matters and the bengals resign him.
That's why I said it was a dream of mine.
But knighton and Bryant should be available and jerry should jump at them.
