Changing positions and changing coaches prolly didn't help Free this year either.
The only way Free stays is if he takes a huge pay cut. The coaching staff is already somewhat establishing that there isn't much difference between Free and Parnell. Younger and cheaper will always win out when performance is equal or even close to being equal.
Not saying I'm totally on board but i believe they like Bernadeau enough to bring him back as either the starting C or at one of the OG spots. I think what we'll see is they'll draft an interior OL likely in either the 2nd or 3rd round and have that player and Leary battle for a starting spot.
So this is what i believe the staff will do:
RG:Leary\(2nd-3rd rd draft pick)
