Add to that a dominate defense that can keep the team in the game and not surrender the lead every series.
Put Romo in a bus driver position. Take away the crossing routes as much as possible since his accuracy is not so much on those.
Incorporate Hannah into the TE game with Witten and force defenses to guard the seams and edges of the field.
Find a scat back receiver that can come out of the slot. Maybe this is Austin.
But get a deep threat that can show up every game and not be injured. And that is not Austin.
[View Full Quote]Dez is a possession receiver that has a break away ability. What the team needed last night was a receiver that could force Hall out of his comfort zone and stretch the defense.
And a head coach that understands how to adjust to what the DC of the other team is doing.
In otherwords change the offense from what Garrett is running to something that plays to Romo's strengths while beefing up the offensive line and running the ball more to set up play action.
The problem is this offense is not designed to play to the strengths of Romo and puts him in a position to force his play.
This is where he makes mistakes. Take that out of his hands as much as possible.
I agree 100%. Makes a bunch of sense.
