I agree that they have to relieve the burden of the offense's success from him.

The only thing that I am concerned with at this point is glass jaw syndrome with Romo.

How many failures can he experience in games such as these before he no longer believes that he can get it done? Forget what the fans and prognosticators say - if he doesn't believe in himself, it's all a moot point.

Sadly, I think he may be there at this point. Which is why he needs to be relieved of having to carry the offense, and the Cowboys need to find his successor now.
