He did not do a good job.

He chose Cassell and hired Todd Haley(who was notoriously hard to work with).

They won 23 games in 4 seasons, i.e. averaging less then 6 per year... YIKES!!

And this is a team that let Brandon Carr walk. (and saw the overall defensive scoring rank fall from 12th to 25th)
