I actually thought Saban would translate really well in the NFL, he reminded me a lot of Jimmy in intensity, but it didn't happen. Maybe he's Pete Carroll who was horrible his first time around. Who knows...
I think the bottom line though is Saban would never play nice with Jerry.

That's my main concern. I think the idea of turning around America's team might lure him a bit, but ultimately having to be bossed around by Jerry would quickly ruin that idea. Wouldn't mind him here though. Like you said with Carroll, I think he'd be better around the 2nd time. At this point I just want someone other than JG.
