Ultimately yes. I wouldn't hate it.

I think JG is a better HC than lovie.
I think Smith is a better DC than HC
I think Norv is a better OC than HC
I think JG is a better HC than OC

Jason - HC
Lovie - DC
Norv - OC

Best case scenario
