Kiffin's longtime LB coach and right hand man Joe Barry was on San Diego's staff last year, and he's probably available with their coaching change. Even if they couldn't get Morris, Ron Meeks was also on the Chargers staff last year, who was a secondary coach under Kiffin and a former defensive coordinator for the Panthers and Colts.

He could probably fill a staff immediately and fairly easily with very experienced people. This helps with the age thing, because he's not going to have to expend a lot of calories micromanaging his staff and their units.
......now we're talking IR....I like Marinelli ALOT and he could do alot worse than landing in Big D' with Kiffin...BUT.....I would think he'd follow Lovie to wherever he lands. Time will tell I suppose: Barry and Meeks are very solid as well. I think a TRULY stellar Defensive Staff has been lacking in Dallas for a long time. Same with the offensive side of the ball frankly.
