Adam has already alluded to the cap not being an issue this offseason, despite all the reports out there, so if we don't resign Spencer, it was a choice, not our hand being forced.

The cap hasn't been an issue and won't be an issue, although Dallas might use it as an excuse if it doesn't re-sign him.
There are so many ways to manipulate the cap.
