Bad personnel in both places. That's kind of like taking his performance here while Pettiti and Tucker were his tackles and declaring that the guy can't coach offensive line. Or taking our Oline's performance last year and declaring that Callahan is worthless. Obviously in Miami the lack of talent is on him, he was the head man, but with talent the guy gets things done. He innovated enough to get a scrub Miami team to overachieve offensively his first year on the job, and our offense was never better than when he was here - and has continually gotten worse since he left.
