I agree the offense needs work but the offense over the last 8 games of the season did avg 28 points a game there were some positives taking place.
As HC Garrett is not being arrogant explaining why a move was made, that is just stupid

As the offense and special teams were misfiring for 7 turnovers vs Chicago and Seattle, the defense was creating 1 turnover.
In addition gave Seattle 180+ rushing yards and allowed a rookie QB to go 15 for 20.
There's a reason why Rob Ryan is unemployed.
