Usually stockpiling picks for the next year. And then they don't even draft that well with all the extra choices they get.

I see them changing their stripes as they're getting to the point where they can see the end of Brady's run.

But, my real point was that 'Real GMs' are all over the map on number of picks they may have this draft.
