Robinson did well with Dez. That was Garrett's idea and it worked. However, these reports from Tennessee have me worried the friend element in this hire was more important than the communication element.
I don't care if Garrett's brother did get a job in TB. Bennett's leaving is still on him and I'd hate to see Dez's play suffer because the new coach knows more about caviar and golf clubs than he does about how to inspire "today's youth"

Wrong! Bennett's leaving was because he sucked. He is a buffoon that has the physical skills to be one of the greats, however, he has the mind of a child and does not take football as serious as he should.
The time I saw him roll his eyes at the camera when the Garrett bro was showing him how to hold on to the ball is what got me to dis-liking him from the start.
You only have one chance to make a good first impression, and Bennett failed miserably.
