He's not an elite prospect because he isn't athletic enough for that.
He is a very smart guy who is a Kyle Kozier type.
On tape he gets pushed back a fair bit. Maybe that's injury issues or maybe he lacks a bit of strength but seeing him next to Warmack you notice a severe difference in power and explosion. Warmack looks like Larry Allen with how he moves people. Barrett is more of a technician. But he is still quite effective.
