There is NO EXCUSE for him killing innocent victims. You don't kill someone's child and fiance because you are mad at what you think they did to you.
There are other ways to expose the corruption...killing INNOCENT people is not one of them.
Even if you somehow decided you wanted to justify him killing some of the cops that treated him wrong or those in charge that treated him wrong...there is NO EXCUSE for killing innocent people just because they are related to someone you don't like.
I would like to see such cavalier attitudes if someone murdered your wife and child just because you did something bad to them.
