That is a sub package, look at howthe offense is bundled up so it brings the defense together. Usually the base is press man and Branch is over head of the RG and Mebane is in the gap between the C and LG
The WRs are lined up in "nasty" splits to get the defense out of press coverage.
These type of splits usually tip their hand that they they will be routes that break towards the sidelines and a defense will play off coverage with outside leverage especially on 1st and 10s.
