Salary Cap going to raise?
@AlbertBreer: Word circulating through some teams that the cap could wind up being set around $123M, higher than expected. Some are skeptical. We'll see.
3 Million isn't a lot but if true this could definitely help out with resigning Spencer & restructuring contracts heading into free agency.
