The questions is "Does he have the mental fortitude and discipline to become a leader? I believe he does, you can sense the pedigree and confidence. But how will he be be after camp and hes been tapped a few times?

To think Vinny doesn't have a chance (which you are implying) is follish. If the offensive line proves to be adequate in pass blocking, then quincy's only advantage becomes mute.
Correction, quincy is a player that has been in the postseason, he hasn't won.
Our reciever didn't drop anywhere near 50% drops, because if they did, they would be out of the NFL. That was bold face lie/assumption.
Quincy has improved in mechanics(he couldn't even take a snap in his rookie year)But he still has horrible ones.

Though I think Julius will soon become a premier back, Id rather be bragging about stephen jackson.
You area little to optimistic with your last statement. Most team have guys like Reshard Lee. If he gets an oopurtunity, you can kiss our season down the drain if its more than 3 weeks.

Being the only other experienced? wide reciever makes him more important than he really should be. He has talent, but unless his attitude improves because Keyshawn was loafing and I had to run all the routes means he just wont make it as a player in this league if he doesnt pull his primma donna head out of his butt and start behaving like a professional. Williams our fourth string receiver is possibly the fastest man alive at 6'4" 220lbs but until he starts producing, he's another broken down porsche in the driveway. Looks good but thats about all.

The strength of our offense. Cambell, Whitten, and Ryan make this one big talented tight end corp. Whitten should overtake Campbell by midseason just because he has been learning on how to block better and is an incredible receiver. I am looking for alot of double tight end sets this year. I can already picture Whitten on the outside pulling off blocks to be a much needed safety valve for Quincy. All three average 6'5" 265lbs.

Mostly I believe Dave Volk will make the team and if we can just develop some chemistry on the line. We should be good. Larry Allens temprament and condition with the team is better than what people think it is. I have heard one of his biggest complaints with Bill was being called a horse in the media. He felt Bill should have showed him more respect than what he did in public. Which is why now all you wil hear Bill say is he is fine and doing what he needs to. Al Johnson is going to be our center for the next ten years. When I saw him with Dandy Don in San Antonio, even though when he went up against Larry Allen in blocking drills and Larry would hit him so hard his feet were leaving the ground, (It was that way with all the other guards also) he didn't fall, kep his composure and kept firing back at Larry. Almost saying in his posture and actions "So what! You're big and strong but I'm still here, you aren't putting me on my butt" A center having tenacity, intelligence, and a nasty streak can play on my team anytime.

Good assesment. You failed to mention the big gap at the right side though...
Our offense will at best be average. We rely on our defense for a reason. The only thing I will ask of our offense this year is a 1000 yard rusher and less than 20 picks and less than 5 lost fumbles.
