Default I have seen our kicker!

I just saw this kicker Justin Medlock, from UCLA on ESPN a little while ago.
This guy is awesome. The ball comes off his foot soo fast you just have to see it. The TV guys were talking about how his kicks never get blocked, because of how fast the ball is gone. They were doing a kicking skills comp. and he won by making EVERY kick in the contest.
I would have never said this before, but I would even think about a 3rd or a 4th round pick on this guy... Man all I can say is WOW!

I think the Cowboys will try to re-sign Automatica Grammatica...

I think he pushed himself up a round or two in that skills competition, it kind of put him on the map. But if im not mistaken he is the 3rd ranked kicker on most draft board.

nonetheless he looked great

He blew Mason Crosby away in that competition.

I wouldn't be sad to see Medlock in the early second day of the draft.

Yeah, he also looks sooo smooth through the kicks. I dont know if its because hes a lefty. Im right handed, but I have always thought that lefty golfers, hitters in baseball, and kickers look smooth.

Medlock isn't even the best kicker in the Pac 10. That belongs to Nick Folk of Arizona who is also a Punter.

Grammatica is a band aid. Justin will be a permanent fixture to the Boys kicking problems for years down the road. It is a must to get this kid in the draft.

Kicker and BPA shouldn't be used in the same sentence.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Really? Hmm punting aside I fail to see how you come to your conclusion that Folk is the better kicker?

FIELD GOALS Team Cl G FG FGA Pct. FG/G
---------------------------------------------------
1.Medlock,Justin. UCLA SR 13 28 32 87.5 2.15
2. Serna, Alexis.. OSU JR 14 22 29 75.9 1.57
3. Folk,Nick...... ARIZ SR 12 15 20 75.0 1.25
Martinez,Paul.. ORE SR 12 15 22 68.2 1.25

Medlock has a much higher avg and led the Pac 10 in scoring for kickers. He also was at the top or led just about every other statistical category for kickers in 2006. He was not only the best kicker in the Pac 10 but one of the best kickers in the Country.

Isn't this the kid who drove his truck off a cliff in a failed suicide attempt while in high school? Just wondering................
AS: Cowboys ice their own kicker in 19-13 OT loss

“That is one of the luxuries of my position as owner as well as the ultimate decision maker, general manager and president – I can do that and take the losses and come back for more,” Jones said.

God help us...............
