Overall: Louisville red-shirted Rascati in 2002. He appeared in five games in 2003 completing 14 of 24 passes for 177 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. Rascati transferred to James Madison in 2004 so he could start and he started all 15 games. He threw for 2,045 yards, 14 touchdowns and five interceptions while completing 65.4% of his passes. Rascatti also rushed for 375 yards and 10 touchdowns on 143 carries that year. He started 11 games in 2005 throwing for 1,822 yards, 17 touchdowns and five interceptions while completing 69.6% of his passes. Rascati also rushed for 306 yards and five touchdowns on 78 carries that year. He received James Madison's Bob Yetzer award following the season. Yes they do. However, if you use an high-speed to connect to the web, the ISP is static...and if you use a dial up modem, the ISP is dynamic. So, it's possible for someone to use one computer to log on using a high-speed connection, then log off, change modems, and then use the dial up and get a different ISP and never be found out.

I doubt these guys are doing that, but, it can be done without detection. Also, I don't want to degrade the mods by saying they don't already know this....I'm sure they have done their homework. I know they would not let this happen if they had suspicion that this was just one joker...
