Does this have to do with the Saints & Giants switching divisions?

Tony Dorsett and Dallas only had ten men.
Only once in Cowboy history has the team been behind by one point and scored a safety to win the game. It was a sack in the end zone in the waning minutes of the game. Name the year, the opponent, the opposing QB and the Dallas defender who had the sack.

If you said NFL QB I misread it. I thought you said any QB from the last 30 years.
I threw you a sly curve ball. Blaine Fowler played at BYU, the same school as your current fave John Beck.

Wimbo is correct.
In 1967 the Saints were our division rivals, not the Giants, in the NFL Capital Division.
In 1968 they switched divisions.
In 1969 they switched right back.
In 1970 the NFL - AFL merger switched all kinds of things.
Nice job Wimbo.

2 posts above. I actually think that is a cool trivia question given the answer.
