This is what you aren't getting. With the Cowboys and Eagles prior, his team almost always had the lead going into the 4th quarter. You can't get game winning TDs when you don't trail.

There were only three times we were in that situation last year. (more on that later)

Detroit- the ball went to witten. they had 3 people on owens all day.

Buffalo-The ball went to crayton.

NY Playoffs- He wasnt thrown the ball.

now. Why were only in that position 3 times, a good reason is because owens had some huge games in big games.

For instance. Vs. washington...our defense was on the field to finish.
Vs. NYG the defense finished but owens had a big day.
@ NYG Owens catches the clinching TD midway through the 4th
Vs. GB owens has huge day, Defense finishes them off.

Owens 4 TDs against the Redskins were the Cowboys only points. If you're looking for comefrombehindscores, you aren't going to find many recently because with the Eagles and Cowboys, his team almost always had the lead.
