Man, an old friend of mine just sent me a picture of me with my oldest daughter when she was a baby. She is 16 now, so this is about 16 years ago.

Here is me and the famous "Baby Canada" who helped guide our team to wins when he watched with me. There was an old thread about him (I think it's in the 2004 fan zone now).

Anyway he's 4 years old now and here we are playing ball. Be sure to watch to the end for important infomation.

I'd like to get back to that weight. In that picture I was probably about at my playing weight of 225 pounds. I am working on it, but I have a way to go yet. I could get my hair back to that if I dye the gray, but I kind of like the gray.

Oh, if you're trying to trim down. Just do my workout. Everytime Judas or Rampage posts something that is utterly moronic, I do 25 push ups.
