Good morning, Cbz and good morning to all the rest. Sarge, I would be okay if Syracuse won this tournament. I'm wondering what Duke has to say about it. Ispain1, thanks for the pictures of the race. As a teen, I fantasized about driving one of those machines. Zax, keep us updated on that little girl and take care of yourself. I've struggled with some health issues of my own recently, so I'll extend whatever good Karma I can muster in your direction. Be good to yourselves, guys.

Morning Pops and good friday morning to everyone.

COLD in NY. Crazy weather.

Everyone have a nice, restful weekend.

There is no formula for success except an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings.

Mornin Santiago...Zoniacs...early morning hooligans...

And so we crawl to the finish line of another work week...

On this date in history..

1974 George Foreman TKOs Ken Norton in 2 rounds to retain heavyweight boxing title (building up Foreman's confidence which Ali used against him to take his title in Foreman's next fight)
RIP Santiago

Thanks Bob....

I have every Ali fight on DVDs.

That was a great era for boxing..which has since gone down the tubes.

I saw a Foreman interview a few weeks ago...He said "I hit Ali with a shot that should have dehumanized him...and he leaned into me and whispered, "Is that ALL you got, George" and I remember thinking to myself, "Yep, that's about it"

Great stuff.
RIP Santiago
