Asking for the wrong thing....Prayers

Yeah, I suck at this religious stuff but sometimes I have to believe it helps to get by.

Anyways, my Grandmother passed away at 2:13pm today. My grandfather and husband to her for 63 years is not doing well.

He is a important role model in my life and if everyone who has a clearer vision of god and life could just put up a prayer for him today it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the prayer guys and gals. I talked to my grandfather today and he seems to be doing a little better. We will see how he is doing after the funeral tomorrow.

I understand your grandfathers pain. My mom and dad have been married 62 years. I am concerned about when one of them passes. I cannot imagine one without the other.

I will sure lift him up in prayer.

Just so you know though, all you have to do is stop what you are doing, bow your head in reverance, close your eyes, and you too can talk to God.

Don't forget to listen as well.

It's tough coping with a loss, but think that she is in a better place and not in pain anymore. That being said, you are in my prayers. People on this site really are very supportive. Keep the faith!

My condolences go out to you and your family SDogo!! It is always very hard when you lose somebody thats so close to you.Prayers go out to your Grandfather and I really hope he gets back to his old self again.
