Good philosophy. As for the greatest NBA player, he's not, but he's my favorite player. But now that he's 4 years old I don't think of him being named after the NBA player.

Whatever you name your dog, you have to add a title to the end.

For example. My chihuahua's name is Miley. I added Dancer.

Miley Dancer.

Sometimes, it's Miley Austin.

I don't know about a title, but he does have a middle name.

I originally wanted to call him 'Brauzer', which is short for brown schnauzer. So that is now his middle name.

'Trooper von Brauzer', ... the Brown Schnauzer !

We have had him for 5 weeks now, .. he has learned so much, but is still full of "puppy".

New addition to the family. Meet Roland:

Blitz, our current dog, seems pretty receptive to the new family member overall:

He nudges him with his nose and barked in his face a couple of times. I think it mainly to see if the little guy would react. He didn't give much of one. He's still pretty young and still seemed to be pretty shocked with the new surroundings.
