So I was wanting a signature of Murray running over someone that says:

Murray's Law:

Anything that can go down, will go down. Overtop of the image of him running someone over.

"Murray's Law <drop down a line> Anything that can go down..." top left corner

"Will go down." bottom right corner

I'm having some trouble finding an image of him hitting someone though, but I know he has. A stiff arm would work too. As far as the image of murray and special effects, whatever you think looks nice Preferably with a border.

Hmm as much size that is needed to include the picture of Murray running someone over, but let me check the size limitations on forum rules.

* The total file size for all signature images combined should not exceed 100,000 bytes (100k). The total width of your signature images should not exceed 500 pixels, and the total height should not exceed 350 pixels. Animated signature images are not allowed. Signature images that mock or disparage the Dallas Cowboys, or their fans, are not allowed. Political signatures are not allowed. Questionable signature images are not allowed. The staff reserves the right to define what is questionable. Violating this Guideline may result in your signature being deleted and/or your ability to use a signature being removed.

They look great, thanks. Oh I just noticed you spelled it Dawn instead of Down on the bottom right part. No big deal though I'm patient, can't wait to see what's next. Another poster on the site had the idea of the text "Anything that can go long, will go long" Can you try that one out, too?
