Default Kiper's mock 1.0

http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft...ock-draft-year

Kiper has us taking

Dallas Cowboys

* David DeCastro, OG, Stanford
Last year, the Cowboys got Tyron Smith at No. 9 overall, and that pick helped them turn over the offensive line. The results were pretty good in 2011. With DeCastro, the Cowboys have a chance to solidify the interior of the line, helping both the running game and protection for Tony Romo and make that unit a strength. The way I see it, the Cowboys have good pieces in place at every other spot on the offense. The talent at wide receiver and tight end is fine, Romo was quietly among the top-performing quarterbacks and there's plenty at running back. Doubling down on the O-line should be an option for Jerry Jones. If the value is there, Dallas could also target the secondary.

Seems to be the logical choice with he Kirkpatrick news. Dennard and the rest of the top 5 cornerbacks outside of Claiborne would be a reach here.

Kiper has
Kirkpatrick going 8
Upshaw going 10
Ingram going 12

so these guys off the board and DeCastro is there then I do it.

Default I'm telling y'all

Mark Barron is highly thought of, but some of you just choose to ignore it.

I've changed my mind about him going to the Cowboys because I've watched further film on DeCastro and I'm drinking the kool-aid when it comes to his impact, but Barron will most likely be a #1 draft choice and it will probably be in the teens.

Helmet Hair is just conveying a wide spread belief.

That's a fairly reasonable Mock at this early stage.

I like Ingram @ 14 ,he is a better pass rusher than Spencer and can play the run too.we should take him over Decastro if both are available at 14.

where is he playing when you see him slow off the snap and what was the play.
Ingram was asked to hold the line alot as a DT vs the run.
If it is a running situtaion Ingram was probably asked to play the run.
Also often times when he is playing OLB for SC he was playing there for his ability to cover.
But when I seen him on a straight pass rush the guy fires right off the ball.
SC used his versitility for multiple roles.

I think Ingram will be gone before DeCastro and will be a top 12 pick.
