Default Would you be cool with this?

FA: OG Carl Nicks, S Mike Adams, CB Terrell Thomas, veteran ILB

1st round: Melvin Ingram, OLB, South Carolina

2nd round (trade down to late 2nd and pick up extra 3rd): Kevin Zeitler, G/C

3rd round: CB's Leonard Johnson, Iowa State and Brandon Boykin, Georgia

Yay or nay?

I would love it but think Boykin and Zeigler should be switched. Zeigler didn't have a great seniorbowl

I can see Boykin falling to the 3rd because of the fractured leg.

The game isn't as important as the individual and team drills during the week IMO. Zeitler got solid reports during the week at practice. I think he's the top senior interior lineman; plus he went to Wisconsin.

I'd be cool with it.

It takes 6 weeks to heal from a fracture. He will run at his pep day and will be a 2nd round pick.

I guess you never had a fracture before. Then why don't you look it up.

No, recovery from a fracture is different for everyone. Sure, there's an average "timetable," but now I guess you can predict the future?

From WebMD:

Collar bone (clavicle)
3-8 weeks

Shoulder blade (scapula)
6 weeks

Ribs
4 weeks

Upper arm (humerus)
4-10 weeks

Lower arm (radius,ulna)
6 weeks

Wrist
4-12 weeks

Fingers
4-6 weeks

Pelvis
4 - 6 weeks

Upper leg (femur)
12 weeks

Knee (patella)
4-6 weeks

Lower leg (tibia,fibula)
10-24 weeks

Ankle
6 weeks

Foot
3 - 12 weeks

Toes
3 weeks

Yeah. And these numbers can be skewed depending on if the person smokes, drinks, etc.

So he will be ready by training camp, and I don't see this dropping him out of the 2nd. Boykins in perfect health and will begin rehab with a trainer.

I think we need more then one pass rusher. 4 new corners is too much. 2 or at the most 3. Mario Edwards should compete for a spot. But overall I'd be happy with ur moves

I had 3 corners above, including Terrell Thomas as a FA. I agree that 4 is too much.

Mario Edwards???? lol

I mean butler lol. I think if a free agent corner is signed then one more drafted in early rounds is enough. This team wants scandrick to be used in some capacity. If they wanna draft another in later rounds I'm fine w that. But way too many needs to draft 2 corners that early and sign a veteran
