That makes him the highest drafted guard ever.

I thought Gary Zimmerman was taken 3rd overall?
And wasn't Mike Munchak also 8th?
John Hannah was 4th pick in his.
Our own Jon Niland was the 5th player taken.

No kidding, especially after ABQ has be vocal on the draft being deep at guard and DeCastro not being as good as advertised. Somehow, for the Panthers, taking an overrated guard in a deep guard draft made sense though.
I'm convinced he's just playing spoiler but luckily I don't have to be the one to pick for the Cowboys now.
We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

I've read somewhere that if the Skins can't get RGIII then they will not have any problem taking Tannehill there.

I am not sure who whaled louder, Hos because DeCastro was gone or me because I had to take him at 8.

Well, I told you I would be more than willing to fleece you, but you wouldn't budge on wanting a reasonable trade!

PM me a pick for Miami. The first duplicate name I get will be the pick.

We'll settle this with a good dust up.

Niland was drafted 5th over all in 66 out of Iowa I beleive. That same year, Tom Mack was taken 2nd overall by the Rams out of Michigan.
Gary Zimmerman was drafted at 3 by the New York Giants in 1984 Supplemental Draft.
Ken Huff was taken 3rd overall by the Colts in 1975.
John Hicks was taken 3rd overall by the Giants in 74 out of The Ohio State.

I had no idea Zimmerman was a Supp Pick. I probably knew that at one time, but had pushed it aside. Good info.

He took Ingram. Good pick for that team IMO.

great pick
i think the richardson and martin picks right behind that one was great picks also for team needs
this draft already has had a few suprises for me.
