Default Burfict Failed Drug Test

Tested Positive at Combine. This should seal his fate as a UDFA

Geez...I already didn't want to draft the guy at all. Now I don't even want him brought in as an UDFA.

Talk about a waste of talent. Coming into this season, he was being talked about as a top-10 first round talent. Now he'll be lucky if anyone in the league bothers to even check in on him.

From the penthouse to the outhouse in less than a year. Just sad.

Is he the dumbest player ever? He's got to be in the discussion.

When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

I'm not going to say " never ", but I doubt it. His problems are more of an over inflated ego, ignorance and lazyness.

He let his recruiting status get to his head, most likely ignoring just about everything his coaches tried to teach him during his tenure at school, and is too lazy to make a significant life change.

Life is just going to hit him upside the head very hard and 15-20 years from now he's going to be kicking himself for missing out on a golden opportunity.

Well, which came first? Was he stupid and took drugs or was he on drugs and became stupid? Either way he loses.
Garrett to players: Make today a great day; go about the business of winning! If you can't keep up then don't step up.
