He dumped her on the day before her 29th birthday and she had quite an elaborate party planned.

At training camp in Thousand Oaks, Walt Garrison used to break curfew by sneaking out at night, driving into town, and buying pizza for everybody. One time on his way back he was stopped for speeding and had no license. I believe Gil Brandt bailed him out the next day. Funny story.

"Shut up, he can't understand you anyways."

"Shut up, he can't understand you anyways."
You wrote "Walt Garrison" but I think you meant Toni Fritsch. You are correct that Fritsch was arrested for speeding and driving w/o a license as he returned to training camp after curfew with a pizza. And it took Fritsch a while to learn English!

Oh you're right. Walt, being the jokester that he was, used to trick Toni into breaking curfew and buying pizza for the guys.

He owns a cookie business in addition to being a college football color guy.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.
