Good morning, Cbz and the same to all of you brillliant contributors. It was three years ago today, if I recall correctly, that Pops moved on to greener pastures. Cbz40, I hope you're happy with the state of this board and hope that you can send some good karma to our Cowboys.
On that note, I will wish everyone a great day.

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and Kristie. Morning to anybody who might swing in this way.
Well, what's good on Tuesday? Somebody tell me, I could use a little good news today.
Take care all. Have a great day.

Morning Pops. My respects on this anniversary — 3 years ago today that Weldon passed away, was it Phil? In his honor, again...
Good late-in morning, everybody. A quick observation w/thoughts:
Thanks to Weldon Parkhill we meet and greet each day, to wish each other well. What a great tribute to who I'm told was a greatly admired and respected man. My loss for not having gotten to know him as the rest of you did. But I do appreciate getting to know him through your various stories of him, and your continued willingness to keep this thread alive and so upbeat and friendly, in his honor.
So, again... Thank You, Pops. And Thank You, Pops' Friends.
Have a great day.

Good Morning Pops, Sarge, all you regulars and the rest of the Zone. Have a good one. Hope it rains again today here and everywhere else it needs it.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Morning Pops. Morning Sarge, Jobber, Bob, and those yet to follow.
Looks like weather is the theme of the day so far. Glad the heat wave's back seems to have been broken for your area, Sarge. Hope you get more rain, Jobber. And Bob, those 100+ temps sound dog-days hot, but I hope you get relief from them soon enough.
Here in Vail, AZ... next to Tucson but higher elevation... it's 70 now, high of 95 expected. Get thunderstorms this time of year. Flood warnings/ dangers throughout the Tucson and surrounding areas to deal with this time of year, though.
Have a great Wednesday, all.

Good morning, Cbz and the same to all you over-heated folks. We got thundershowers yesterday afternoon and it cooled down in the evening, making for a beautifult night to sleep. We're getting sun today and will get into the low 80's. I can handle that.
Witt, it sounds like your elevation moderats the temps to some degree. Do you get a lot of electrical storms? Bob, you mut be one of these get up early, get'er done by noon guys. I have worked outside in deep cold and high heat, but I find the heat harder to work in for long periods of time. I've never encountered the kind of extended heat you get, but I've got a friend who just spent a month in Omaha and he never wants to repeat the experience.
In any event, you folks have a great day.
