Wow, Heisenberg. Very astute. I didn't even think about those two things: her smoking and the ricin poison. If he does off her, he's smart enough to know that the police will look at the husband first, so I'm sure he'll somehow make it look like someone else did it. He's done it before.

Started watching this summer and just caught completely last night. So I didn't want to read this thread until now. I'm not sure who is more addicted, me or my wife. But I'm really looking forward to watching my first episode "live" this week.

This season is going to build up to something special.

Also, people on the internet seem to not under Skylar is the way she is because she is protecting her meth making, murdering husband.

I just want Skylar to die, she drags the show down at this point. Walt just carried that entire scene essentially by himself.

Im wondering why Walt doesnt just move out. Skyler is involved now but maybe she would chill then otherwise she may need to go. If she threatens the police on the drug scenario then she gets busted too tho. But she may get witness protection. Walt has an out if he decides she needs to go. her committing suicide is not a surprise now if it looked that way.

I agree with 30yardslant. She's ALWAYS pissed about something and moping about. Her character is LITERALLY the most annoying character I've ever watched. So, credit goes to her; she's actually a good actress.

This last episode was STILL GREAT, despite the lack of action. Bryan Cranston is just mesmerizing as an actor. That guy is amazing. I love the visual foreshadowing that appears in most episodes. Also, the ticking of the second-hand of the watch, representing a ticking time-bomb was a nice touch.

BEST SHOW IN THE HISTORY OF...EVER.

If Walt doesn't do something about Skylar soon the way she is, she is going to turn into a major liability.

Actually she already is a liability by losing basically all of the money Walt earned in 4 seasons by giving it to Ted.

Holding my breath on contract talks. Hopefully we can get something done.

I love the double meaning it shows between Walt's inevitable explosion and the return of the cancer.

I don't want her to die because I think she drags the show down, but I do want her to die because she makes me hate her more than a frickin' drug dealing murderer. She is unreal with her hypocrisy and lack of accountability for what she's done.

Conversely, I find myself hoping that Jesse finds a way to pull through this thing and make it out okay, but it sure isn't difficult to think of a scenario where he dies in the last or perhaps the second to last episode of this series.

I feel like Walt has gotten way too heisenberg way too fast. I guess it's necessary for plot advancement and maybe that's realistically a by-product of him being the dude now but it just feels really sudden. Before you could see him devolving step by step from guy who wanted to help his family to sociopath...I guess what they're saying is "He's a full on sociopath now. You should probably start hating him."

I disagree. He was not respected by anyone at the beginning of the show. Heisenberg is a part of him that was waiting to come out of him and did on a few occasions early on in the show because of the crap he took. It was when he let Jane die I knew he was gonna change sooner or later.

Exactly. So much so that it feels over the top.
