Default Chris Berman: "The Eagles have won ten straight games"

4 games last December

4 games in preseason

2 games in 2012 season

He has to be the dumbest man on this planet to connect a winning streak by including preseason and last year games. What else can you expect from a EaglesLover?

Whatever, they are a "SHAKY 2-0 team" who squeaked out 1 point wins two weeks in a row. Nothing is impressive about consecutive 1 pt wins

Now a team that is a strong 2-0, is the Niners, Texans, and Chargers who have all won convincingly in both games.

9 turnovers in 2 games, that rate wont happen all year....their defense is solid. Are they lucky to be 2-0, maybe, but they beat the ravens and that is a VERY good team.

SF and Hou are in their own league right now. SD is a 8-8/9-7 team...Denver takes that division

They have two wins vs two teams with very good defenses. The Ravens are a quality team. The Eagles defense has looked very good. The reason teams stay in the game with them are because their offense has been turning the ball over.

The rate they are turning it over at will not be kept up over the season, it's impossible. It's scary to think how good they might be if they don't give the other team ample chances to stay in the game. Two 1 point wins is very lucky.

They'll have to have a 3rd good defensive game for it to really be legit, and the offense can't hove more ridiculous blunders. We'll see. They play the Cardinals (2-0) this week.... not the toughest opponent really but anything could happen.

And I would like to note... Preseason games don't count....

Berman is also best buddies with Andy Reid, he's the guy who introduced him to Belichick and then they became BFFs. You can expect a positive statement.

Say what you want about preseason, but winning 4 games when you still have a playoff shot to finish the season, 4 preseason games, and your two openerss has a cumulative affect. You learn to win. The culture becomes about winning. Winning doesn't happen as a surprise, but instead, an expectation.

The Cowboys do not expect themselves to be good. They don't know how to handle winning winning the Giants game because they've done it so rarely.

Preseason doesn't count or last season.
