Default An All Texas Super Bowl

It seems inevitable that the Houston Texans win home field advantage in the AFC and might even have the chops to overcome New England and Baltimore on the road to the Super Bowl.

If Dallas can get it together it will be the most legitimate opportunity for a Lone Star showdown that there has been in 18 years, back when both cities boasted 12-4 teams.
Conan O'Brien will work you until you are pale !

That is a big IF.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

I'm not from Texas, so I don't really care. And it's not like the Texans and Cowboys have some rich history together. Texans were an expansion team not too long ago. Anyway, I thought the Texans were the best team in the NFL last year and would have won the Super Bowl if Schaub hadn't got hurt. And I think they're even better this year.

You are wrong. Dallas vs Houston is always a rivalry. I hate that disgusting city and everything about it. Most people in Dallas hate Houston and vice-versa. Since you're not from Texas, you have no frame of reference.

The Falcons don't scare me. They're a good football team, but far from scary or unbeatable.

Through 4 games, I do believe the Texans have been the best team in football. Very impressive.

But after 4 games you think it's inevitable the Texas earn the 1st seed? I'll hold off another month or so.

I dont see anybody in the AFC really challenging them in the playoffs if they can keep Schab healthy.

The Cowboys are not likely to even make the playoffs. This shouldn't be a thread.

If you're honest with yourself then you know that, right now, we're nowehere close to SF or Atlanta. We've got a long way to go before playoffs is even a legitimate conversation, let alone Superbowl.
