Default so let me get this straight
Our OL is bad. Every one knows that but I hear that Costa is going to be the starter this week. Pro football focus graded out Costa as the 27th best center out of 32 last year. Right now Cook is graded out at 13th in the NFL right now. So replacing Cook with Costa will not make us better. Now if Cook was going to replace Mack B who is graded out at 68 which means there are better backups on some teams, but as of now thats not the plan.

Am I missing something here?

For those wondering about Living he graded out at 24 right now.

They must be under the impression that Costa has improved.

Don't go by those rankings...they mean nothing as it's a TEAM game.

Costa may be ranked lower because he has played what, 3 snaps? If you must go by rankings, than that is probably why.

I think they are completely insane to take out Cook and put in Costa. Cook has done an outstanding job at center. Better than I have ever seen Costa play.

Supposedly Costa is a better run blocker, something that is in need of dire attention. Hopefully his snaps won't be too much of a problem.

Are they making any other changes along the line? Could be why. Don't agree with it though.

That was based on last year rankings on costa

I don't go off rankings, I have watched cook this year and costa last year. Cook is better than Costa and Mack B so he should be starting

costa is a better run blocker than cook. and that's what's been hurting us. if we can't run the ball and then get forced to pass, we get ourselves in trouble. I rather have costa and have a better running game as opposed to a better pass blocker.
