I don't agree with what he said about the Heat at all. Strongest repeat favorite since Kobe/Shaq? Stop it. Site they're the favorite, but not that big of a favorite. I think with Boston improved they're gonna have a tough time again getting out of the East. Then if they do get out they have to play Oklahoma City, San Antonio, or the Lakers in the Finals. Not gonna be an easy task.

I love nash but hes kinda a ring chaser now.Which is kinda sad.Reminds me of all those older Yankee players that jump on their ship for a chance at a ring like Ichiro,Damon,etc... Jason Kidd thinks hes gonna do that this year too. Knicks are definitely gonna be a playoff team. Carmelo will have a resurgence with Kidd passing it to his sweet spots. At least Kidd won a ring with Dallas before jumping ship.Chauncey has always been a ring chaser. Ray Allen is now. No team loyalty much these days. Kobe would have jumped ship if he didnt constantly have a great player or two next to him. Cuban recently stated that a trade was imminent for kobe to come to dallas hours before it changed to them getting pau. So much for loyalty there.Drose will stay with Bulls forever. He seems like a loyal kid. Dirk obviously was always loyal.Players dont have that loyalty as much these days. Dwight Howard made such an idiot clown of himself with his baby attitude for so long it was a joke. NBA is better with a balance not 3 superteams.

You can't spell bias without BS.

Some info is wrong.

Chauncey a ring chaser? He was playing in Detroit before he was called Mr. Big Shot and he wasn't a star before Detroit. He went to the Nuggets, Knicks via trade and went to the Clippers before Paul even signed with them.
The Clippers weren't even a top 8 team when he arrived.

Ray Allen got dumped by a team that wanted him out during the season. He knew his time was up and there was no reason for him to stay with an organization that wants you gone.

Kobe and Cuban thing happened before the 07 season and not during the 07 season. When the 07 season began, Fisher came back to L.A. The surprise was Bynum playing @ an all star level in the first half of the season. Kobe didn't know Bynum was going to play like the way he did in the first half of 07. Obviously, they got Pau because of the hot start the Lakers had before Bynum got hurt.

Dont fret my fellow Laker hater. Lakers are gonna have issues. Starting with the drastic different styles of Nash. Anytime he plays with a pivot center the offense sucks, ala shaq. Second he plays no defense with mean Howard is gonna have his hands full picking up fouls. Third he MUST be the primary ball handler and Kome will not stand for it. We remember the last time the Yankees of the NBA made a superstar team and what happened this article really puts it in perspective.

Dwight could be making his Lakers debut tonight.

It's a game time decision. Even if he doesn't play he'll definitely be back for the season opener on October 30th. That's funny because so many analysts particularly the clowns on ESPN First Take SAS and Skip were saying he was out till January.
