Anyone Catch Orie Lemon's Interview on DC.com
He said the practices the Defense are running are actually harder than the games because the staff ramps up the situational football to always keep them on their toes.
I really like this kid. I am glad we didn't end up losing him. I thought he played well Sunday too.
He also said Sean Lee is a great coach. I have a feeling by year's end we're going to see the emergence of greatness from Lee in another area.

It's good to know that at least one side is doing their job in practice...

I like the fact that the defense has shown improvement in limiting all the pre-snap confusion we saw so much of last season.

It sure doesn't take long for shots at the team to happen in these threads any more.

Always liked Lemon over Connor. Connor couldnt cover a man hole cover. Lee as on field DC is one of the places he will be missed along with his turn over ability.

Not team, offense... I'm pretty sure Rob Ryan has freedom to run his defensive practices how he wants, which is clearly a good thing, considering Garrett's performance on offense...

I read that in the DMN this morning. I thought it was interesting.
I think this defense is a little more intense than last year and I think it has a lot to do with Lee and Carr as well as RR.
Now that Rat is back I think the defense will follow his lead and they will continue their intense style of play. I really like what I am seeing from the corners.
Garrett to players: Make today a great day; go about the business of winning! If you can't keep up then don't step up.

Lemon is a thumper. The LBs need at least one thumper to set the tone.

Arrows are pointing up for this defense, and that's surprising to say considering that our best/2nd best player is out.
Lemon is a nice depth player to have. In the big scheme of things, probably a JAG, but it's a luxury to have JAGs as backups at positions of strength.

I took Hos to be arguing that Sean Lee should be the guy to replace Garrett.
Just kidding, Hos.
