Sean Payton going to another team (even the Cowboys) does not automatically make that team a champion.

Sometimes it's a combination of the right personnel down the line: coach, gen. manager, qb, o-line, receivers, etc. A team either has all the pieces in place or they don't.

Remember, Jimmy won 2 Super Bowls here and then went to Miami and did nothing.
