He was referring to Jimmy.
He did say it wrong though. But anyone knowing the ongoing and runnng joke between Jimmy and Terry about chicken would know what he was doing there.
Should not have said "he" though.
He did appolgize for unintentially offending anyone--as there who those who will fall all over themselves over someting like this--if it was intended the way some less informed viewers thought it was.
