I think Jim M. is taking right approach. This has to be a collective effort by media to stay on point to critical reason for this teams failures. Before Jerry could get everyone laughing about being GM and Owner...now nobody is laughing. Tighten the noose around Jerry.

Let's be clear also:

Jerry's incompetence doesn't mean JG is a good coach. Jerry's incompetence is further demonstrated in the fact that he hired JG as head coach and put the Garrett family in key positions in this organization.

McMahon just went up few notches in my book. I had to watch that video three times because you can see disbelief on Jerry face/eyes that this aggressive line of questioning wasn't stopping....that never would have happened in past. Jerry looks vulnerable.

Wow. Did you think before you posted this?

And you don't want to associate with whom?
AS: Cowboys ice their own kicker in 19-13 OT loss

“That is one of the luxuries of my position as owner as well as the ultimate decision maker, general manager and president – I can do that and take the losses and come back for more,” Jones said.

If he fails, Jerry can hire another one and keep moving forward. But Jerry needs to cease all football activities and turn it over, but under the table.

Damnnnn! This could work! Really. Why not?

Any way to forward Clove's suggestion to Jerry?

I am sure that plan has been scrutinized with a fine toothed comb before. The problem...this "evaluator" will not go unnoticed by the media and will steal the credit from Jerry. This will lead to JJ getting even more angry leading to the demise of this "evaluator"

Great plan otherwise though

We tell the team we have to move on from success" JG Oh how they have done that.

Jerry won't start sounding "mad" until his team starts losing to the Eagles and Redskins teams that are struggling like his team. It's losing to bad teams that will get under his thick skin. If the Cowboys were to get rolled by Philly next Sunday he'll have a tough time faking his optimism in his team and Garrett.
